If you're young (13-17) I highly suggest reading this thread I'm gonna try to make this as quick and easy to understand as possible but still botb worthy. How do I take advantage of that? (not cope) That's about it boyos, let me know what guide I should make next and good luck!- Rain

Serious Any ideas to reduce body acne without accutane?
I would add drinking kefir and farm made yogurts with lots of bacterial culture. Histy is right about the roids, but this can also be caused by sweating, leading to dirty skin and obviously acne. In that case make sure to wash these parts very carefully with soap every night.- Rain
