I will be experimenting over the next couple of weeks to find out the way to live fulfilling and well each day (for myself, and I encourage you all find how to do this for your own individual needs too).

I believe for myself , each day I should have some work component, relaxation component, nature component, exercise component, entertainment component and a enjoyment componenent.

I think each day, if I satisfy each element, I will be fulfilled with my day, increasing wellbeing and decreasing stress and depressive tendencies.

I will update if anyone is interested.

Also note all things need to be in your control, I know from experience that if you want in your day a component that comes down to luck or some external factor you cannot control, you will be deeply unsatisfied as you will not feel you have completed everything you intended to each day

I will let you know, I have a theory that individual fulfilment needs can be solely looked after by your own dedicated actions
 
Day 2 Update; Day one was very satisfying, my gym session was one of the best I have had in a while, I also had a late evening walk on the beach which was very low cortisol and high t. I think today I will hike in a mountain or countryside in the evening.

I also was very productive, I spent 2 hours on hard work (studying in this case), I spent some time listening to a podcast for my entertainment. I ate less well than I would have liked, still a bit too much goyslop, and also I didn't really spend much time in the gym as I would have liked.

However yesterday was a fulfilling day tbh, I will update with todays results when I get to it.
 
It is going relatively well so far,

I’ve had a slightly more fulfilling year than I would usually have had by this time in March.

I have to say I probably dreamed about days like this before we achieved them.

I’ve had several slays so far this year, things are looking up for me career wise and I have a nice job and good friends and I lead a life of enjoyment

However I still struggle with my longing for things to be better, however I am sure this is a human condition. We always wish for the next best thing, and are never satisfied
