I want to clarify, this is a thread from me on org. I just want to reupload it here for people here to read it too, I updated it because I had some mistakes and to include dosing tho:soy Lets get into it

JUST FOR CLARIFICATION: I KNOW THIS IS WATER BUT IDC. I SEE PEOPLE ON TIKTOK ETC STILL NOT KNOWING HOW TO PROPERLY TAKE HGH (as if it would do anything crazy to their faces anyways when theyre taking soley hgh :jfl)

By now, everyone knows HGH and its massive gain on popularity because of tiktok. But, when you still think hgh will do a lot to your facial gains, not wanting to break your dreams, but it will most definetly not. Especially because most of you expect fast and good results (especially if youre one of those subhuman iq niggas). But, if you run soley hgh or not, ancillaries can still be important for your health and wellbeing. So heres a list of the best ancillaries - atleast to my knowledge.
BUT: The most important thing is still diet and lifestyle. So; eat healthy, do your cardio, dont live like an absolute buffoon and take supplements from there (Obv some are mandatory on higher doses, but even with them if your lifestyle is shit, they wont help the sides you may get) So lets get right into it so you can healthmogg all these hghcels on tiktok that are running it without any precautions!! (and yes some information is from chatgpt, but I went on pubmed etc and searched for various studies on the things I say, sometimes I was too lazy and needed quick information)

BLOODSUGAR
When you're on hgh, it will increase your insulin resistance -> decreasing insulin sensitivity. Basically spiking your blood glucose level, raising the chance of getting Type 2 Diabetes. And obviously, noone wants diabetes :jfl . So what can you do to counter this and not get your blood sugar absolutely raped when youre on higher doses? Ancillaries. And what are the best ones you may ask?
The best ones come down to your genetics as well (How strong your insulin reacts to igf-1 and gh), but they will work either way. Generally some good things you can take are either Berberine, or peptides like reta, tirze, sema (low dose, or your normal dose if youre already on it anyways, which, if youre morbedly obese, is stupid to even think about using hgh due to various reasons.). Another good thing to take is Metformin, but Metformin had shown signs of decreased IGF-1 but the information is not necessairy well known since in the studies had shown different results. Anyways, there should no need to take Metformin if youre either good on berberine already, or, like I said, on a glp-1 agonist anyways. But a thing most people forget, is actually checking their bloodsugar. They think "Oh I don't have to worry about this anyways, its good either way" which is the stupidest thing ever. You think you can also run test (especially high doses), take an AI and not worry about your e2 anymore? Nigga if you think this, taking ANYTHING isn't for you. You need to ATLEAST monitor your blood glucose levels at home with some 30€ cheap ass blood sugar monitor from amazon. Or just get blood checks done by your doctor (Most importantly check IGF-1, HbA1c, fasting insulin + glucose levels, Lipids, ApoB if you want to be extra safe for your lipids - not necessairy tho. T3 and T4 could also be useful to check due to gh having effects on your thyroid hormones). Things like Zinc, Magnesium, B6, Taurine and (indirectly) B12 also will do wonders. Zinc is required for insulin synthesis, storage and secretion (via ß-cells) which will help a good amount. Magnesium is required for Insulin receptor activity, helps move glucose into cells (GLUT4 transporters), reduced chronic inflammation and its involved in ATP Production which is necessairy for glucose utilization. B6 helps to keep blood glucose levels stable, which doesnt really directly help to lower it, but still useful to take especially because of the effect on glycogen phosphorylase which helps release glucose from glycogen if needed. B12 also doesnt help a ton but its effect on nerve health, which is needed for proper insulin signaling, is a good thing to use it for especially because often b6 and b12 are in one capsule.
Quick note: Capsules that contain Berberine and Chromium together are great since Chromium showed to significantly lower HbA1c, FPG and Glycemic controls markers in general. Using Vitamin D3 has various effects like helping deliver calcium into bone instead of keeping it in blood but also has an effect on Bloodsugar and insulin sens due to improving insulin receptor expression and sensitivity.

But obviously insulin will be the only thing that will truly keep your blood sugar levels low, if you have problems with everything else I mentioned (or if you already have type-2 diabetes:rope).

BASICS YOU NEED TO KNOW AND DO
Now we got the supplements. But you may ask yourself "but thuuk, supplementation isnt the only thing you need to be healthy on hgh, is it?" and youre right. Obviously. So first off, the pills aren't some magic pills. They're basic things that will help you keep things in range, but only help with it. So, what are things you NEED to do to be "sure" youre healthy?


First off, watch your diet. It is the most basic thing but something thats universal. No matter what youre taking or if youre even taking something or not its a thing you need to do. Taking 10iu of gh and taking every supplement known to man but the only thing you eat is something like Nutella or high sugary things in general will still fuck you and give you high blood sugar / Type 2 Diabetes. So, watch your diet, do cardio, eat high protein.

DOSING (+TL;DR for things and what they help with)
Now that you know the things to take, what is the respective recommended dose? In general it depends but you should always use a high(er) dose.

Vitamin B12Supports mitochondrial energy metabolism -> affects how glucose is used (only indirect and mild effect)3-10mcg/kg of BW

Vitamin D3Improves insulin receptor expression + sensitivity
Better pancreatic ß-cell function
40-80IU/kg of BW (or 1mcg-2mcg/kg of BW)
Vitamin K2Works together with D3 in endocrine regulation
Activates osteocalcin -> better insulin sensitivity
3-10mcg/kg of BW -> being on the higher end of the dose range improves the signaling effect slightly
